International

Many of the organisations and individuals that we advise operate on an international scale and may require legal advice in many regions of the world. 

Our international assignments often involve multiple jurisdictions and a range of local advisers and we have developed the expertise to advise on complex, cross-border transactions and to project manage the input of others.

We are an independent law firm, but have established and maintain links with firms who are experts within their own jurisdictions which enables us to put together the best team to advise our clients for any particular assignment. We also recognise that many clients have their own preferred advisers and we are equally happy to work with them in the same way.

As an aid to international working we are also members of two international networks of leading law firms, ALFA International and The Association of European lawyers (AEL). We are active members of both which are non-exclusive networks of correspondent international firms offering a broad range of legal services for business, with high standards of care and efficiency.
