Construction workshops: Blood, toil, tears and sweat - Part 2
Following on from last year’s highly successful workshops, we have developed two new workshop scenarios which we hope will provoke as much discussion as last year’s popular events.
Offering practical advice for developers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors you will take away knowledge that will immediately benefit your business that can be used in current contract negotiations and live projects.
Aristotle said “we make war so that we may live in peace” – but does it have to be that way in the construction industry? Come and find out!
For those that have not attended before, the format involves “round table” discussion of a practical scenario in small groups of 8-10 people, with the discussion being chaired by a Charles Russell construction and engineering lawyer. The format is intended to mimic a “site meeting” with plenty of builders tea, grub and round table discussion – save that no finger pointing is allowed!
There is no cost for these workshops.
