As well as being of great importance and having a large impact on most people, the sector is also facing some huge issues. The recent economic difficulties have created a lack of financing and a reluctance for lenders to take on risk, investors are having to re-think their strategies due to falling prices and litigation, due to contract default or business failure, is on the increase.
