Assessment
The assessment centre comprises a range of exercises. These simulate some of the tasks carried out by a trainee solicitor and assess particular competencies.
You will undertake the following:
- Group exercise
- Written exercise
- Individual exercise
- Interview
No prior preparation is required for these exercises and legal knowledge is not required. You may, however, wish to prepare for the interview.
Our partners play an active role in assessment centres. You will meet current trainee solicitors, who can give you the unedited version of life at Charles Russell, as well as other solicitors who can share their post qualification experiences.
