Charles Russell break into Sunday Times Top 100 'Best Companies to Work For'

Top 50 law firm Charles Russell, has been listed for the first time in the Sunday Times Top 100 'Best Companies to Work For'.
The firm is listed alongside other top law firms including Olswang, Mishcon de Reya, and Berwin Leighton Paisner.
The annual survey employs a methodology that identifies workplace performance and best practice according to eight key factors. These factors are particularly significant as they are defined through the results from the survey process, and therefore by employees themselves, as critical factors in workplace engagement.
The firm was praised for its pro bono work, which included helping British yachtswomen, Helena Lucas, get to the Beijing Paralympics. A huge, 80 percent of staff say they are proud to be part of the organisation.
