Tanya advises on family law and all aspects of divorce and finance and in particular complex private children related work for which she has built up an increasing reputation. She is noted in Chambers and Legal 500 for children work. She has both international and UK clients.
She is the co-author of Living Together: Is Marriage a Better Buy? and the co-authorof Privacy and Disclosure for Family Lawyers. She is particularly experienced in complicated cross jurisdictional children work. Tanya’s recent reported cases include D –v- S where she acted successfully for the father in a Mexican/English complex children case and J –v- S where she acted successfully for the mother in a Japanese/English.
She has published articles on various topics including leave to remove and pre-nuptial agreements. She has also been quoted in the national press on a variety of issues.
