Duncan is the Head of Charles Russell's Guildford office and Head of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Service.
He has over 25 years of practice in a wide range of High Court Litigation, mediation and arbitrations including commercial and agency disputes, shareholder disputes, director disqualifications, professional negligence and trust disputes.
The breadth of his experience makes Duncan a favoured recommendation for contentious probate disputes (including Inheritance Act claims). Duncan is an ACTAPS member and also a court appointed independent administrator.
