Once we know exactly what you are looking for and we have agreed on a budget we will use our extensive network of contacts, including developers, agents and landlords to search for suitable properties.
Visiting estate agents and setting up appointments to view properties is time consuming and can be frustrating as no single agent will offer for sale every property meeting your requirements. With unrivalled access to off market properties as well as all those openly available we cover the entire market, ensuring that you find the right property in as short a timeframe as possible. We will take the strain out of the whole exercise. By previewing those we have selected we will only show you properties which we consider are right for you and which are genuinely for sale at a realistic price.
Once we have found a property which most closely matches what you are looking for we will advise you on the price to pay and then negotiate the best possible terms in order to secure it. We work closely with our property conveyancing and tax colleagues as well as with your banker and financial advisers throughout the buying process to ensure the purchase proceeds as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Before you commit to the purchase we will provide you with a Due Diligence Report which includes an independent survey and valuation, a financial appraisal of the property's investment potential and a property and location study, so you are aware of all relevant factors before proceeding.
